Return & Refund Policy
This return and refund policy applies to all sample orders, small-batch retail orders and B2B wholesale orders on this website. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1> B2C Sample & Retail Order
Please inspect the goods within 48 hours after receiving the package.
We accept after-sales requests for damaged packaging, leakage, wrong items, missing goods or factory quality problems.
No unreasonable return & refund for food products due to personal taste, temporary cancellation or subjective reasons.
Valid photos or videos are required for after-sales application. We will offer replacement, partial refund or full refund after verification.
Unreasonable refusal of delivery will result in relevant freight and customs costs borne by the buyer.

2> B2B Wholesale & Bulk Order
Mass orders, customized packaging orders and FOB/CIF trade orders cannot be returned unconditionally after shipment.
The buyer shall inspect the goods within 3 working days after picking up goods at the destination port.
For quality problems caused by our production and packaging, we will provide replenishment, discount compensation or credit note. Returning goods by sea is not recommended due to high cost and food safety risks.
We are not responsible for losses caused by customs detention, local compliance issues, improper storage or delayed pickup by the buyer.

3> International Shipping Note
Slight outer package wear during long-distance transportation is normal and not eligible for return. All disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation in accordance with international trade practices.

退换货政策
一、适用范围
本政策适用于本站所有零售样品订单、小批量订单及 B2B 跨境批发订单,下单即视为默认同意本退换货与售后条款。
二、B2C 样品 / 小零售订单 退换货规则
1.签收查验
1> 买家签收货物后,请在48 小时内完成开箱查验,核对产品规格、数量、包装完好度。
2.可申请售后场景
1>运输破损、包装漏液、挤压变质;
2>错发、漏发、产品规格与订单不符;
3>出厂质量问题、过期 / 发霉等生产端问题。
3.不支持无理由退换
食品类产品具有特殊性,不支持个人口味不符、临时取消采购、主观不喜等无理由退货。
4.退货与退款流程
出现合规售后问题,需提供清晰照片、视频凭证,联系 WhatsApp 客服沟通;
核实无误后,可选择:免费补发、部分退款、全额退款,跨境退回运费由我方承担。
5.拒收说明
无合理理由无故拒收跨境快递,产生的往返运费、清关费、销毁费用需由买家承担。
三、B2B 外贸批发订单 退换货规则(核心外贸风控)
1.定制 / 整柜 / 大批量订单
B2B 大批量贸易订单、定制包装订单、FOB/CIF 贸易条款订单,一经发货,不支持无条件退货。
2.到货查验时效
货物目的港清关提货后,需在3 个工作日内完成验货,破损、短少、货损需同步提供码头签收证明、实拍凭证。
3.质量问题处理
经双方核实为我方生产、包装、质检问题:
1>优先提供补货、折价赔付、下订单优惠补偿方案;
2>跨境长途海运货物,不建议原路退回(物流成本高、食品二次变质风险)。
4.买家责任不予赔付
1>目的国海关查验扣货、关税问题、当地准入合规问题;
2>买家仓储保存不当、受潮、暴晒、过期存放导致变质;
3>因买家延迟提货、弃货产生的一切损失。
四、国际物流特殊说明
1.跨境运输路途较远,海运 / 空运存在合理运输磨损,轻微外包装压损不影响食用与销售,不支持退换;
2.所有退换货协商,均以双方友好沟通为原则,严格遵循国际贸易常规准则。
