Shipping Policy

Qingdao Jizhou International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is committed to providing stable and transparent cross-border logistics services for you.

  1. Processing & Dispatch Time
  • All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • In case of stock shortages or special circumstances, we will contact you in advance via email or customer service to inform you of the estimated dispatch time.
  1. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
  • Standard DDP Delivery (Tax Included): Available for major markets including South Korea, Japan, and Germany, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.
  • Economy Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 working days at a more cost-effective rate.
  • Additional transit time may apply to remote areas, subject to the logistics tracking information.
  1. Shipping Fees & Taxes
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and delivery method, with the exact amount displayed at checkout.
  • For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, all customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are included in the total price, and no additional payment is required upon delivery.
  • Orders under 30kg (tax-exempt regions): Shipping fees do not include local taxes, which shall be paid by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.
  1. Order Tracking
  • After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number and query link via email, allowing you to check the order status at any time.
  • If you do not receive the package within 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  1. Delivery Restrictions
  • Some countries/regions have special regulations on the import of food products. Please confirm the local import policy before placing an order.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or sanctioned regions.
  1. Delays & Lost Packages
  • We will assist you in following up on any delays caused by the logistics provider.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a re-delivery or full refund (subject to a lost package confirmation issued by the logistics provider).

  1. 发货时间
  • 所有订单将在收到付款后1-3个工作日内安排发货(不含节假日及周末)。
  • 如遇库存不足或特殊情况,我们将提前通过邮件或客服联系您说明预计发货时间。
  1. 物流方式与时效
  • 标准配送(DDP含税):适用于韩国、日本、德国等主要市场,预计送达时间为3-7个工作日。
  • 经济型配送:预计送达时间为7-15个工作日,价格更具优势。
  • 部分偏远地区可能存在额外配送时间,具体以物流跟踪信息为准。
  1. 运费与税费说明
  • 运费根据订单重量、目的地及配送方式计算,结算页面将显示明确金额。
  • 选择DDP(门到门含税)服务时,所有关税、增值税及清关费用已包含在总价中,您无需额外支付。
  • 30kg以下订单(不含税地区):运费不含当地税费,税费由收件方按当地法规缴纳。
  1. 物流跟踪
  • 订单发货后,我们将通过邮件向您发送物流跟踪号及查询链接,您可随时查看订单状态。
  • 如超过预计送达时间10个工作日仍未收到包裹,请联系我们的客服协助查询。
  1. 配送限制
  • 部分国家/地区对食品类产品进口有特殊规定,下单前请确认当地进口政策。
  • 我们不支持PO邮箱、军事地址及受制裁地区的配送。
  1. 延迟与丢失处理
  • 如因物流商原因导致包裹延迟,我们将协助您跟进处理。
  • 包裹确认丢失后,我们将为您提供重发或退款服务(需提供物流方出具的丢失证明)。
